TD系列垂直提升机产品概述

       TD系列垂直提升机适用于垂直输送堆积密度不大于1.5t/m3的粉状、粒状、及小块状的磨琢性较小的散状物料，如粮食、煤、水泥、碎矿石等，提升高度40m。TD系列斗式提升机严格按照JB3926-85《垂直斗式提升机》标准设计制造，目前国内常用的斗式提升机均为垂直式。TD系列垂直提升机特点为：结构简单，运行平稳，挖取式装料，离心重力式卸料，物料温度不超过60℃；TD系列斗式提升机与传统D型斗式提升机相比输送效率高、料斗形式多，应优先选用。本机备有四种料斗：Q型（浅斗）、H型（弧底斗）、zh型（中深斗）、sh型（深斗），分别输送各种物料，用户可以根据物料特性来选择适当的料斗。本提升机代号为TD,即带式斗式提升机；产品规格以斗宽表示。

TD系列垂直提升机主要特点

2. 驱动功率小,采用流入式喂料、诱导式卸料、大容量的料斗密集型布置.在物料提升时几乎无回料和挖料现象,因此无效功率少。
