RQ4-D 用途：
RQ4-D采用滴控井式多用炉，供多种化学热处理之用，如可控制渗碳，软氮化及多元共渗等。
The RQ4-D series Pit-type Universal Drop-feed Furnace can beused for various thermochemical treatment such as controlled carbuizing or carbonitriding,soft-nitriding and multi-element diffusion.
SQ-D 用途：
除同RQ4-D用途外，还可以作高温渗碳，脉冲真空渗碳等。
APPLICATION
The SQ-D series furnaces can be used for high temperature or vacuum pulse carburizing besides being used as RQ4-D series furnaces.
RQ4-D 特点：
1、可配用KRQ-W系列微机碳热控制柜，实现炉温、碳势、时间、有机液流量的自动控制及记录满足多种热处理工艺。
2、也可配用KH-02型红外线CO2分析控制仪，达到自动控制和记录炉气的碳势之目的。
3、结构先进，特别适用于有不同技术要求的各种金属另件的小批量生产。
4、特殊密封结构，气氛及热损大小，炉气压力可保持在150mm水柱。
5、滴注系统设计先进，有滴量指示器、显示器及控制器。
6、由先进节能炉衬组成，加热快，节能20%。
7、特制炉盖和用电动液压开启，操作安全可靠。
8、配上真空系统可实现脉冲式可控渗碳。
9、SQ-D系列除上述特点外，还可在1100℃使用
FEATURES
1.If this seres is furnished with a KRQ-W series “Micro-procesor” control cabinet,the furnace temperature,carbon potential,proceure duration,ａnd drip flow can be controlled auto-matically to satisfy various heat treatment processes.
2.If this series is equipped with an infrared CO2 controller,the carbon potential of furnace atmosphere can be controlled and recorded automatically.
3.This series has an advanced construction,especially suitable for small batches of various metal parts with different technological reqrirements.
4.Special tight sealing ensures no atmosphere and heat leakage. The atmosphere pressure can be held at 150mm H2.
5.The well-designed drip system with an indicator,a recorder and a controller.
6.The advanced lining is built with up-to-date ceramic fibre refrac-tory material,providing fast heating and energy saving.
7.The furnace door is lifted electric-hydraulically and makes the operation safe and easy.
8.To get pulse carburizing with a vacuum system.
9.Moreover,the SQ-D series can be used at 1100℃.
RM3-D用途：
RM-D系列是一种先进的多用箱式炉，用于滴柱可控渗碳，碳氮共渗，光亮淬炎，退火，正火及复碳。
APPLICATION
The RM-D series multi-purpose box furnace is an advanced equip-ment and can be used for controlled drip-feeding carburizing orcarbonitriding,neutral hardening,bright annealing,normalizing and carbon restoration.
