ZLEB series electric holding furnace (without crucible)
产品特点:
1、无坩埚设计、省电、节能、环保。
2、采用高铝抗渗透耐火材料、炉衬寿命可达五年以上。
3、采用微孔纳米隔热板及铝纤维保温材料，炉壁平均温升低，采用低表面负荷加热器，大大延长了加热器寿命。
4、温控仪表采用日本、美国品牌，质量稳定，寿命长。插座采用工业快速接插件，可快速更换加热炉盖，提高工作效率。
5、中国台湾品牌的可控硅(PID控制)，控温精度±3℃左右。炉盖带有气缸开启装置，方便除渣作业。
6、铝液、炉膛气氛温度双重控制，提高铝水控温精度，降低能耗。
7、铝液热电偶保护管采用氮化硅材质，不增铁，寿命长。
8、炉子外形:长方型、正方型、L型。
9、加热方式:电阻丝或硅碳棒(客户自选)。
Product features:

2. It adopts high aluminum impermeable refractory and furnace lining, with a service life of more than five years.
3. Microporous nano thermal insulation board and aluminum fiber thermal insulation material are adopted, the average temperature rise of furnace wall is low, and low surface load heater is adopted, which greatly prolongs the service life of heater.
4. The temperature control instrument adopts Japanese and American brands, with stable quality and long service life. The socket adopts industrial quick connector, which can quickly replace the heating furnace cover and improve work efficiency.
5. Taiwan brａnd thyristor (PID control), with temperature control accuracy of about ± 3 ℃. The furnace cover is equipped with cylinder opening device to facilitate slag removal.
6. Double control of molten aluminum and furnace atmosphere temperature to improve the temperature control accuracy of molten aluminum and reduce energy consumption.
7. The protective tube of liquid aluminum thermocouple is made of silicon nitride, which does not increase iron and has a long service life.
8. Furnace shape: rectangular, square and L-shaped.
9. Heating method: resistance wire or silicon carbide rod (customer's choice).
