4、铝液热电偶保护管采用氮化硅材质，不增铁，寿命长。
5、铝液、炉膛气氛温度双重控制，提高铝水控温精度，降低能耗。

Product features:
1. This furnace design has the function of melting and heat preservation. It is applicable to aluminum alloy and zinc alloy.
2. It adopts high alumina brick or high temperature resistant castable for integral molding, with long service life of furnace lining.
3. Microporous nano thermal insulation blanket and aluminum fiber thermal insulation material are adopted, and the average temperature rise of furnace wall is low.
4. The protective tube of liquid aluminum thermocouple is made of silicon nitride, which does not increase iron and has a long service life.
5. Double control of molten aluminum and furnace atmosphere temperature to improve the temperature control accuracy of molten aluminum and reduce energy consumption.
6. Burner: domestic high-quality brand, safe and reliable quality and low failure rate.
7. Melting capacity: 35kg-500kg / h (crucible aluminum water capacity: 100kg-1500kg),
8. Heating method: natural gas, liquefied gas and 0# diesel (optional by the customer).
