GCK低压成套开关设备适用于50（60）Hz额定工作电压660V及以下交流三相四线、三相五线系统。用于发电、输电、配电、电能转换和电能消耗设备的控制。GCK低压成套开关设备可采用固定插拔安装方式，也可以采用抽出安装方式。

GCK low voltage switchgear assemblies is applicable to AC three-phase four-wire and three-phase five-wire systems with 50(60)Hz rated working voltage of 660V and below. It is used for the control of power generation, transmission, distribution, conversion and power consumption equipment. GCK low voltage switchgear assembly can be installed in fixed plug-in mode or withdrawable mode.

GCK低压成套开关设备广泛应用于市政工程、商业建筑、体育场馆、冶金、化工、工矿企业及基础设施等行业。除一般陆地使用外，经过特别处理后还可用于海上石油钻采平台、核电站、高海拔地区、盐雾严重地区。

符合GB/T 7251.1-2013～GB/T 7251.3-2006、GB/T 7251.4-2006《低压抽出式成套开关设备》《型式试验和部分型式试验成套设备》、JB/T9661《低压抽出式成套开关设备》、IEC61439-1口碑标准。

The assembly complies with the following standards: GB/T 7251.1-2013～GB/T 7251.3-2006, GB/T 7251.4-2006 Low-voltage Switchgear and Controlgear Assemblies - Type-tested and Partially Type-tested Assemblies, JB/T9661 Low Voltage Withdrawable Switchgear Assemblies, and the international standard IEC61439-1.

结构特点

Structural characteristics

GCK低压成套开关设备框架采用KB型材（C型材）或KS型材（8MF）组装而成，框架的所有结构件都经过镀锌处理或者采用敷铝锌板制作，内部零部件尺寸、隔室尺寸均为标准模数化。抽屉单元标准规格有8E、16E（E＝20mm）两个规格，相同规格抽屉可以方便地互换

The framework of GCK low voltage switchgear assembly is made from KB profiles (C type profile) or KS profiles (8MF); all structural parts of the framework are galvanized or made from galvanized aluminum sheet; dimensions of internal parts and compartments are all standardized and modularized. Two kinds of drawer specifications are available: 8E and 16E (E＝20 mm). Drawers of the same specifications are conveniently interchangeable

开关柜户内安装地点的条件应符合相应的标准要求。在会产生凝露的场所，开关柜中将采用通风或增加加热器等措施防止凝露。

1.一次回路方案及单线系统图；

2.二次回路原理图或接线图；

2. Schematic diagram or wiring diagram of the secondary circuit;

3.装置的排列图和配电室的平面布置图；

3. Device arrangement drawing and layout of power distribution room;

4.每个装置内所装各种电器设备的详细规格和数量；

4. The detailed specifications and quantities of all the electrical devices installed in each switchgear;

5.提供水平母线的工作电流和短路电流，如不注明母线规格，则由制造厂选取；

5. The working current and short-circuit current of the horizontal busbar; if no busbar specifications are given, it shall be selected by the manufacturer;

6.提供每个回路的使用名称( 限制在10 个字以内) ，如不提供，制造厂仅供空白符号牌；
